How Funds are Used

Funds donated to the convention fundraisers are used for the following purposes.

• Pay for the Kick-off speaker's convention registration, luncheon registration, and hotel (2 nights)
• Fund 10-20 scholarships to the convention at $35 each.
• Expenses for convention activities; decorations, luncheon, hospitality, Alateen, and institutions
• Residual funds will be forwarded to District 8 Treasurer for disbursement for public outreach programs, (Speaker Meetings, printed literature for meetings such as Spanish Speaking Meetings, etc.
